Privacy and personal information
Ride In Style uses the information you provide to respond to requests for private transportation in Québec City. For questions about your personal information, email contact@rideinstyle.pro.
Information collected
The form asks for your name, email address, pickup and destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage. Phone number, flight number and additional details are optional. Do not include payment-card numbers, identity documents or sensitive medical information.
How your information is used
Your details are used to review your journey, propose service arrangements and communicate with you. They are transmitted when you choose “Send my request”. Reviewing, copying or downloading a summary does not by itself submit the request.
Hosting and service providers
The website and form handling use Netlify. Requests may be stored in its forms service and forwarded to our email service. These providers may process information outside Québec or Canada. Hosting security and spam filters may process connection data to protect the service.
Retention and requests about your information
Information is used to follow up on your request and, where applicable, manage the service. To access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, email contact@rideinstyle.pro. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or manage an ongoing service.
Cookies and external services
This website does not integrate advertising tools or audience analytics. Form entries stay in your browser’s memory while you complete them and are not saved to your browser’s local storage. A copied or downloaded summary remains on your device. Instagram links open a separate service governed by its own policy.
